Declan，全名Declan John Galbraith，1991年12月19號出生于England的Kent郡的Hoo St Werburgh。于2002年出道。

You and Me 是Declan Galbraith繼Delan和Thank You 之后的第三張專輯。在這張專輯中有他自己寫的第一首歌曲Moody Blues，這首歌不同以往的歌曲，它結合了許多國家的音樂元素使之更IN。也可以在專輯的其他曲目中發現，有許多不同風格的歌曲。這些都是Declan所喜歡的，也是Declan想要唱出來的。最近Declan還參觀了中國，也把流行于歐洲的帶到了中國。Declan的歌曲也愈加的成熟了。
