在電影《Alice in Wonderland 愛麗絲夢游仙境》上映之前，配樂大碟隆重推出。所有音樂均由著名作曲家Danny Elfman譜寫，貫穿電影始終。

蒂姆·波頓的新版《愛麗絲夢游仙境》從某種程度來說實際上是原版故事的續(xù)集。距離那一次歷險奇遇已經(jīng)過去了十年。曾經(jīng)漫游仙境的愛麗絲（米婭·華希科沃斯卡飾），今年業(yè)已19歲，她生活在一個華麗富庶的大莊園里，衣食無憂，生活奢靡，在社會風(fēng)氣的帶動下，漸漸的成長為家庭心目中所冀望的那種貴族女子，卻早已忘卻自己在9歲時的那些奇妙無比的經(jīng)歷。時光荏苒，在家族為他舉辦的19歲的生日宴會上，一位富豪的兒子向他求婚，對方是哈米什·愛斯科特（利奧·比爾飾），哈米什雖然家財萬貫，性格卻愚笨而木訥，跟愛麗絲根本不是一路人。愛麗絲發(fā)覺到自己并不想要這樣的生活，渴望改變現(xiàn)狀的她在小白兔的帶領(lǐng)下，愛麗絲再次步入仙境。
　　這里依然是她童年來過的地方，一切都沒有發(fā)生太大的變化，有著奇妙的黃色瞳孔的瘋帽子先生（約翰尼·德普飾）率先歡迎了愛麗絲的到來，而專斷兇狠的紅桃皇后（海倫娜·伯翰·卡特飾飾）依然尖叫著要砍掉其他人的頭，甚至連自己的妹妹白皇后（安妮·海瑟薇飾）也不放過。在雙胞胎兄弟（馬特·盧卡斯飾）的幫助下，愛麗絲逐漸地恢復(fù)了記憶，她將在這個童話般的奇妙世界里重新審視自己……
