作為美國著名的說唱組合Wu-Tang Clan的原始成員之一，可以毫不夸張地說Inspectah Deck是近年來最具技巧的MC。但長久以來，與Wu-Tang Clan的其它組員相比，Inspectah Deck的作品并沒有取得很大的商業成功。經過長期的準備，Inspectah Deck在2010年3月23日推出了他的最新專輯Minifesto。參與這張專輯制作的有： Raekwon, Cappadonna, Termanology, Cormega, Kurupt, Planet Asia, Fes Taylor, Carlton Fisk and Billy Danze。在談到這張專輯的創作意圖時，Inspectah Deck說他并不是為了要抨擊當今嘻哈界的商業化，只是為了要證明說唱音樂在主流文化中是一筆珍貴的財富。
